Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC in Utah is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead and develop the inventory team and ensure accuracy in bin and financial records. The role partners with operational leaders to resolve inventory issues and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in inventory with supervisory experience, strong Excel skills, and forklift operation expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Inventory
• 3-5 years Supervisory experience
• 5 years of Forklift experience (Pacer/EPJ, Reach and Cherry Picker)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the team of Inventory Control Specialists.
• Maintain 98.5% bin accuracy and 99.5% financial accuracy.
• Monitor system transactions for system accuracy.
• Lead quarterly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Partner with operational leaders to resolve inventory issues.
• Ensure training, safety, attendance and timekeeping compliance.
• Provide KPI reporting and project updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
