Purple Mattress is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in Georgia to lead a team of specialists, maintain strict bin and financial accuracy, and drive cycle counts and reconciliation. The role collaborates with operations to resolve issues, ensure training and safety compliance, and report KPIs to leadership.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in inventory, 3-5 years of supervisory experience, forklift expertise, and strong Excel/data analysis skills.

The compensation target for this role is: $26.50 - $31.00
How you'll shape the future of comfort
Lead, mentor and develop the team of Inventory Control Specialists.
Maintain 98.5% bin accuracy and 99.5% financial accuracy.
Monitor system transactions for system accuracy.
Lead quarterly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
Parter with operational leaders to resolve inventory issues.
Ensure training, safety, attendance and timekeeping compliance.
Provide KPI reporting and project updates to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
