Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a team on the production floor in Florida. You will ensure high accuracy in bin and financial records, monitor system transactions, and drive cycle counts and process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in inventory with 3–5 years of supervisory experience, plus forklift skills and strong Excel and analytical abilities. Good communication and safety compliance are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Inventory management.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• 5 years of forklift experience (Pacer/EPJ, Reach and Cherry Picker).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the team of Inventory Control Specialists.
• Maintain 98.5% bin accuracy and 99.5% financial accuracy.
• Monitor system transactions for system accuracy.
• Lead quarterly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Partner with operational leaders to resolve inventory issues.
• Ensure training, safety, attendance and timekeeping compliance.
• Provide KPI reporting and project updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.

• Noisy open office environment
• Non-climate controlled production floor

Work Hours (Good Faith Estimate): This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
