Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory control activities and direct the WH2/3 team. You will lead cycle counts, ensure accurate records, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• WMS proficiency and forklift cert preferred.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory control beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Lead and direct warehouse staff during shifts.
• Perform cycle counts across locations and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and safety rules observed.
• Support month-end closing and reconcile variances.
• Coordinate with planners and other departments.
