Job summary

The Inventory Control Associate at Saddle Creek Corporation is responsible for maintaining inventory processes and resolving discrepancies daily. This role uses order management systems and various types of material-handling equipment to ensure accuracy and service levels, aligned with Saddle Creek's values.

You will support customers on inventory issues, keep logs up to date, process returns, and collaborate across the warehouse team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to perform physical tasks in a non-temperature controlled warehouse.
• Computer proficiency and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Experience with WMS or inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on inventory issues and coordinate between the customer and Saddle Creek by answering questions, offering solutions, and researching issues.
• Keep accurate, detailed and up-to-date data, logs, and inventory records.
• Process customer returns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in coordinating all special inventory projects between the customer and Saddle Creek personnel.
• Communicate with the customer verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude.
• Work cooperatively and productively with other warehouse associates.
