Job summary

The Inventory Control Associate at Saddle Creek Corporation is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and data integrity in a fast-paced warehouse in Phoenix, AZ. You will use order management systems and material-handling equipment to resolve discrepancies and process returns, while partnering with customer teams to ensure service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physically exerting tasks in a non-temperature controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and data logs.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies using order management systems.
• Process customer returns and coordinate inventory projects.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate data and timely resolutions.
