Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Myerstown, PA is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain inventory processes and resolve discrepancies daily using our order management system and material-handling equipment.

You will support customers, keep logs up-to-date, process returns, coordinate projects, and collaborate with warehouse teams; a high school diploma and computer skills are required, with additional education and WMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks in a non-temperature controlled warehouse.
• Computer proficiency.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on inventory-related issues and coordinate between customer and Saddle Creek.
• Keep accurate data, logs, and inventory records.
• Process customer return orders timely and accurately.
• Coordinate all special inventory projects between the customer and Saddle Creek personnel.
• Communicate with the customer verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude.
• Work cooperatively and productively with other warehouse associates.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
