Saddle Creek Logistics Services seeks an Inventory Control Associate to support inventory processes and resolve discrepancies daily. You will use order management systems and operate material-handling equipment to keep data accurate and drive service quality for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Computer proficiency is required and pre-employment drug screening and background check must be passed.
• Experience with inventory management systems (WMS) or Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inventory-related issues and act as liaison between the customer and Saddle Creek.
• Maintain accurate data, logs, and inventory records for customers and the company.
• Process customer return orders promptly and accurately per customer requests.
• Coordinate special inventory projects between customers and Saddle Creek personnel.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and positive manner, in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth inventory operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
