Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and clerk duties in our Lithia Springs, GA facility. You may perform either Warehouse Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk tasks, moving products with forklifts and related equipment while following safety rules.

Responsibilities include verifying records, resolving discrepancies, and communicating with team members to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries. Overtime may be required for peak periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Overtime may be required for full-time associates.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more.
• Ability to lift 70–100 lbs by hand.
• Must wear safety composite work shoes.
• Walk/stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred, with MHE certification.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and reconcile discrepancies in Warehouse Inventory Control.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to move product safely.
• Confirm product accuracy and address discrepancies and damages in Warehouse Clerk role.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues.
