Job summary

Staples is hiring for a warehouse associate in a shift from 11:00pm to 5:00am, Monday to Friday. The role covers Warehouse Inventory Control and Warehouse Clerk responsibilities across a Staples Supply Chain environment, with opportunities to move between SC levels as needed.

You will help review inventories, resolve discrepancies, and operate equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks, while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform and understand warehouse operations.
• Ability to work independently, analyze problems, and perform basic math.
• Ability to use Windows applications including Word, Outlook and Excel and learn WMS systems.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure customer outcomes.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and participate in safety culture.
• Ability to obtain Material Handling Equipment certification (Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, etc).
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and reconcile discrepancies to minimize shortages.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) following safety procedures.
• Confirm product accuracy and address discrepancies and damages with colleagues and contacts.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.
