Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure accurate inventories and efficient warehouse operations. You will monitor stock levels, compile records, and support cycle counts while maintaining quality standards across multi-temperature facilities.

The role requires math proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to lift heavy items. Drug test and background checks are required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of inventory experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to communicate information accurately and apply math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Ability to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds at times; work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Count materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post inventory records.
• Compare inventories to office records or computed figures.
• Verify computations and adjust discrepancies.
• Compile receipts or disbursements of materials and supplies.
• Monitor inventory rotations and make recommendations as needed.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balances and weekly cycle counts.
• Review and investigate daily reports and shrink levels.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
