Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform material movement, inventory control, and data entry in ERP systems to sustain production schedules. You will handle receiving, staging, and shipping while ensuring accuracy of records and compliance with procedures.

The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds, driving a two-axle truck, and availability for all shifts. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid agency issued driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Working computer knowledge.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds frequently.
• Able to work at heights up to 20 feet.
• Attention to detail and safe working practices.
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, sort, store, issue, and move materials within Solar warehouse sites.
• Perform data input and inventory transactions in the ERP system per procedures.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Plan material movement to meet schedule requirements and document transactions.
• Maintain warehouse records and operate RF/barcode equipment as required.
