Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Inventory Support Associate to maintain accurate inventory across all distribution centers. You will conduct audits, manage data in warehouse systems, and support receiving and shipping teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of all departments within the distribution center.

• Conduct perpetual cycle counts and other count requirements within established time frames.
• Monitor warehouse conditions and address discrepancies or damage.
• Notify leads for product discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Utilize reports to investigate inventory issues and expediting resolutions.
• Keep organized files for quick information access.
• Handle daily warehouse tasks related to shipping, receiving and inventory management.
• Suggest procedural improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and productivity standards.
