Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations by maintaining inventory records, tracking shipments, and completing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable using WMS, spreadsheets, and data entry.

Monday–Friday shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends off, full-time opportunity, and room to grow within warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare daily reports, memos, and shift metrics.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain warehouse records.
• Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets.
• Respond promptly to emails and communicate professionally with vendors.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and warehouse documentation.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
