Job summary

Driven Distribution Group, the holding company behind Tri-State Enterprises, Inc. and Chicago Parts & Sound, LLC, is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Inventory Control) in Arlington, TX.

You will maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and support warehouse operations. The role emphasizes data verification, product integrity, and collaboration with stocking and operations teams to optimize storage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with MAM (Autopart), spreadsheets, and inventory systems.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with paperwork and systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize MAM (Autopart) and spreadsheets to accurately perform cycle counts.
• Support the Returns Department with pulling and processing Vendor Returns.
• Assist in resolving “Can’t Find” issues for Truck and eCommerce fulfillment.
• Check for mix boxes, mislabeled products, and other product integrity issues.
• Ensure barcode and Unit of Issue accuracy within MAM.
• Collaborate with stocking and operations teams to optimize inventory storage.
• Support expansion or modification projects related to warehouse shelving or racking.
• (Arlington, TX only) Manage Chuck flow through the Hospital, resolving noted issues and returning items to appropriate locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
