Job summary

Nautel is seeking a Full-Time Inventory Clerk to be based at the Bangor, Maine facility. You will manage inventory using Nautel's MRP system, receive goods, and prepare customer service orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand Work Orders, ECRs, and SOPs.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Use of Nautel MRP System for inventory control.
• Placing received goods into inventory.
• Picking and preparation of Customer Service orders.
• Preparation of customer spares and ancillary kits.
• Use of JIRA & Confluence.
• Assist with physical stock counts according to cycle counting procedures.
• Reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Support production parts requests.
• Maintenance of Stock Room and Stock Locations.
