Job summary

Nautel in Bangor, Maine, is seeking a full-time Inventory Clerk to join our Bangor facility. The role focuses on accurate inventory control, receiving goods, and preparing customer spares.

You will use the Nautel MRP system, perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support production parts requests. JIRA and Confluence experience is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Prior inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand Work Orders, ECR's, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communicates effectively – Provides and receives information clearly and effectively.
• May be required to work overtime on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Use of Nautel MRP System for inventory control.
• Placing received goods into inventory.
• Picking and preparation of Customer Service orders.
• Preparation of customer spares and ancillary kits.
• Use of JIRA & Confluence.
• Assist with physical stock counts according to cycle counting procedures.
• Reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Support production parts requests.
• Maintenance of Stock Room and Stock Locations.

Requirements of the Inventory Clerk:

• High School Diploma.
• Prior inventory experience preferred.
