Job summary

SCRAM Systems is seeking a materials/stockroom Associate in Colorado to process materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support manufacturing operations. You will handle material movements, issue and receive items, and ensure FIFO practices while supporting shipments and inventory reconciliations.

The role requires a high school diploma, familiarity with inventory and lean principles, and experience with standard shipping tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations including inventory control, material movement, lean, trend analysis, quality control, and RMA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with FedEx/UPS or equivalent shipping tools.

Responsibilities

• Process materials through the stockroom and ensure transactional accuracy.
• Manage physical inventory and stockroom security.
• Issue materials to and receive materials from the manufacturing floor.
• Execute work orders issuance and completions for manufacturing.
• Stock material from manufacturing, practicing FIFO at all times.
• Complete reconciliations of inventory and JD Edwards transactions as required.
• Assist with cycle counts and shipping activities.
