Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counting, and timely postings in SAP.

The role involves reconciling production with inventory, managing documents, and supporting year-end inventories. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent in administration or accounting, experience in inventory control, SAP ERP familiarity, and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts before and after production and per SAP schedule.
• Post daily production in SAP and close process orders timely; reconcile with inventory.
• Complete paperwork for counts, adjustments and monthly loss tracking.
• File and organize inventory-related documents (BOLs, cycles, vendor paperwork).
• Monitor inventory accuracy and loss variances; report findings.
• Prepare reports for co-pack customers and aging inventory reviews.
• Track destruction requests and disposition of on-hold inventory.
• Coordinate year-end physical inventory and reconcile variances.
• Support Plant Controller and QA/Materials teams to ensure inventory integrity.
