Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory control, perform cycle counts, and verify off-site inventories. You will collaborate with Quality and Materials teams to resolve variances and support the plant's goods receipt processes.

The role requires SAP proficiency, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail to manage postings, losses, and month-end closings. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Administration, Computer Science or Accounting preferred.
• Prior experience in Inventory Control.
• Prior experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts before and after production runs and on a SAP schedule.
• Post daily production in SAP and close process orders timely and accurately.
• Reconcile finished goods production with inventory in SAP.
• Maintain documentation for cycle counts, adjustments and loss tracking.
• Track aging inventory and run periodic reporting for accuracy.
• Coordinate year-end physical inventory and variance reconciliation.
• Assist with goods receipt and disposition activities with QA/Materials.
