Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Inventory Coordinator for Fort Worth, TX. You will verify and reconcile inventories, perform physical counts, and coordinate across departments to resolve issues. The role is hands-on, with floor time and data analysis using Excel and SAP.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehousing experience required.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory control preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and/ or Topex is a plus.
• Experience using SAP inventory modules is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile inventories for customer, suppliers and DHL.
• Perform physical inventories and generate reports.
• Act as interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues.
• Reconcile data entries into customer systems and WM system.
• Monitor in-transit SAP data for finance reporting.
