Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant for the early morning shift. You will maintain and reconcile warehouse stock daily, counting goods and materials with handheld scanners and updating SAP records.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–3 years warehouse experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Starting pay is $18.08–$22.60 per hour plus incentives and benefits.

Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable:

Tuesday - Friday / 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Monday / 3:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $22.60 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsibleforwarehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation daily.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, manually or using a handheld scanner.


• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.


• Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.


• Identify and report close dated product.


• Flexible to cross train across inventory functions including, but not limited to, raw materials, QI holds, and SAP to Basis.


• Collaboratively work with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED Required.


• Associate’s Degree preferred.

Experience:

• 0-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.


• Prior auditing experience preferred.


• Strong computer and database skills.


• Ability to read and follow directions.


• Ability to work with minimal supervision.


• Forklift certification is preferred.


• SAP knowledge and preferred.
