Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant at our Tampa distribution center. The role supports daily warehouse inventory reconciliation, counting full goods and raw materials, and reconciling variances.

Responsibilities include daily reconciliation with the SAP system, identifying close-dated products, and maintaining accuracy with handheld scanners. This position runs a night shift, Mon-Fri, 12:00am–8:30am, at the Tampa DC location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year warehouse/inventory experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily warehouse inventory.
• Count all full goods and raw materials daily, using handheld scanner.

Coke Florida is looking for an Inventory Control Assistant based out of our Tampa DC location. We’re currently looking for Mon-Fri shift, working 12:00am - 8:30am.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Inventory Control Assistant, you will be responsible for daily warehouse inventory reconciliation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation on a daily basis
• Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, manually or using a handheld scanner
• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
• Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system
• Identify and report close dated product

For this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year warehouse/inventory experience
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read and follow directions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

• Associate's degree preferred
• Prior auditing experience preferred
• Forklift certification is preferred
