Winebow, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate to manage and update warehouse inventory using the warehouse management system. The role requires cycle counts, securing inventory, and processing damaged goods while tracking losses and coordinating quarantine when needed.

You will audit returns, ensure proper credit paperwork, and generate daily reports. Collaboration with shipping, receiving, customer service, and sales is essential to maintain accuracy and support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a warehouse environment focusing on inventory administration.
• Knowledge of warehousing terminology and practices; strong math skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills are important; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records using the warehouse management system.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory security; restrict access to authorized personnel.
• Process damaged or destroyed goods and track losses; coordinate quarantine and evaluation.
• Audit returns from delivery routes and return goods to stock per procedure; process credit paperwork.
• Prepare daily reports for audits, counts, and adjustments; ensure timely documentation.
• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, customer service, and sales to maintain inventory accuracy.
