Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to safeguard inventory data and product costs. You will manage par levels, process transactions, and reconcile variances while working with Purchasing, Receiving, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure cost control and accurate records.

Proficiency with Stratton Warren is preferred; a high school diploma is required. The role emphasizes attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong Excel skills in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and cost management.
• Proficiency with Excel and data reconciliation.
• Familiarity with inventory, purchasing, receiving, and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory data in Stratton Warren across items, vendors, locations, units, pricing, and costs.
• Review and adjust par levels to support accurate purchase requests and timely PO creation.
• Process and validate receipts, transfers, requisitions, returns, adjustments, and cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies, reconcile records to invoices and receiving docs.
• Assist accounting with month-end inventory reconciliation and COGS reporting.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, Warehouse, and Finance to resolve variances.
