Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our office-based team in the United States. You will manage inventory records, process transactions using scan guns, and maintain accurate documentation in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and independent work habits. Responsibilities include analyzing inventory data, resolving discrepancies, and reporting findings.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control processes.
• Experience using scan guns or barcode scanners.
• Knowledge of inventory adjustments and substitutions.
• Basic math proficiency including equations, addition and subtraction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong attendance and reliability history.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong professional communication and business conduct.
• Office environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Process inventory transactions using scan guns and barcode scanners.
• Process inventory adjustments, substitutions, and system updates.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory data and prepare reports.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze inventory information including Pivot Tables.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed.
• Communicate inventory information clearly with internal teams.
• Follow established inventory control procedures and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Support other administrative and inventory-related duties as assigned.
