Job summary

Certco, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Madison, WI to manage perpetual inventory, perform cycle counts, monitor dating, recalls, and returns.

You will work with Cubiscan technology to entry new products and maintain inventory accuracy across our distribution network. The role emphasizes independence, attention to detail, and ownership of daily goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse Inventory Control duties.
• Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including MS Word and Excel.
• Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Cycle Counting
• Count Pick Slots
• Account for product and dates on product, daily
• Identify Recalls and inform appropriate personnel
• Responds to Buyer’s inquiries about product
• Handle any returned items
• Cubiscanning
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Management
