Job summary

Certco, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Madison, WI. You will manage perpetual inventory, perform cycle counts, monitor dating, conduct recall checks, and process returns while applying Cubiscan technology to entries. This role offers independence and a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work with state-of-the-art tools, contribute to inventory accuracy, and join a company that values teamwork, growth, and long-term opportunities. Monday to Friday with daytime hours.

Qualifications

Position Summary

Provides support for the warehouse by perpetual inventory through cycle counting, dating, recall checks, processing customer returns, cubiscanning new product, and other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.

Essential Job Functions

• Cycle Counting
• Count Pick Slots
• Account for product and dates on product, daily
• Identify Recalls and inform appropriate personnel
• Responds to Buyer’s inquiries about product
• Handle any returned items
• Cubiscanning
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Management

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Knowledge of warehouse Inventory Control duties
• Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including MS Word and Excel
• Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Education And Experience

• Excellent math skills
• Inventory Control experience a plus
