Job summary

Indium Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy and support BOM creation and cycle counts at our Clinton, NY facility. The role emphasizes precise record-keeping, labeling, and adherence to quality guidelines.

The position runs Monday–Friday on 1st shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, at 34 Robinson Rd, Clinton, NY 13502. Salary ranges from $17.00 to $23.75 per hour, with an annualized typical range of $35,000–$49,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must understand basic math and detail-oriented processes.
Must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain part numbers and Bill of Materials.
Ensure all inventory transactions are complete for work-in-process and finished goods materials.
Perform cycle counts.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions.
Assist with annual physical inventory as instructed.
Follow established quality guidelines.
Maintain inventory stock of shipping materials.
Ensure all products are labeled correctly.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Attend training as needed or assigned.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
