Job summary

Indium Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Clinton, NY for a role Monday-Friday, 1st shift (7:00 am-3:30 pm). You will create and maintain part numbers, manage BOMs, and ensure accurate inventory transactions for WIP and finished goods.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and competence with MS Office and an MRP system. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions; good computer skills with an MRP system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain part numbers and Bills of Materials.
• Ensure inventory transactions are complete for WIP and finished goods.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Assist with annual physical inventory and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Keep inventory stock of shipping materials and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and participate in training.
