Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage and control all inventory at the location(s) and collaborate with purchasing to optimize stock levels. You will project usage changes, review vendor back orders, and support cycle counts and VMI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an operational staff position.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving process for all products at the location(s).
• Analyze and review all back orders and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee the purchasing of non-PO items and non-stock items.
• Reconcile AP variances for items purchased by the location(s).
• Maintain bills of materials in Trend and support VMI initiatives.
• Complete cycle counts as requested by Operations Management.
