Lineage is seeking an Inventory Control Tech to manage cycle counts, maintain records, and control stock levels in a facility. The role supports ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping activities while upholding safety standards.

You will perform data gathering from orders and invoices, determine replenishment needs, and help ensure accurate product identifications. The position includes lifting duties and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Inventory Control Tech experience required.
• Cycle Counter experience required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 F/-25 C in cold storage with PPE and freezer gear.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 lbs; weight may be more depending on facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shifts, including weekends if needed.

Aufgaben

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Locate products and perform regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventories.
• Verify shipping order accuracy by cross-referencing stock numbers, IDs, substitutes, and catalogs.
• Review files to identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment following safety standards.
