Location: On-site in Mesa, Arizona
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM
Compensation Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for executing the daily operations that keep inventory accurate, organized, and available. Specialists perform the majority of hands‑on tasks such as restocking, receiving deliveries, and maintaining workflow standards. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and strong teamwork to support the Inventory Control Lead in ensuring accuracy and efficiency as Strive continues to grow.
This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular standing and walking throughout facilities daily, frequent use of hands for handling, scanning, and documenting inventory, and frequent use of computers and handheld devices. The employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Work is performed primarily indoors with occasional outdoor activity.
