Compensation Range: $125,000 - $135,000
Position Overview:
As a Fulfillment Pharmacist on our overnight team, you will play a critical role in driving clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency during key production hours. In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and verifying prescription orders, ensuring precise compounding calculations, and conducting rigorous visual quality checks for both sterile and non-sterile preparations. Working in close adherence to Strive Pharmacy's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), state regulations, and industry standards, you will serve as a vital clinical resource, offering expert guidance to healthcare providers, counseling patients, and ensuring every medication shipped meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
