Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks an Inventory Control Specialist for the Madison flagship to manage receiving, ticketing and movement of luxury merchandise. You will ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments and maintain inventory records for a fast-paced luxury store.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and maintaining supplies for the sales floor; you will use internal systems and external shipping software to track movements and uphold asset protection.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and analyze information.
• Experience with inventory systems and external shipping software programs.
• Ability to follow written and verbal policies and maintain asset protection; lift 0-25 lbs.

• Print and ticket merchandise, process transfers, packing, shipping and RTV accurately.
• Organize, participate in and reconcile weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories with management.
• Process, record and follow up on after-sales service, returns and damages; maintain related inventory records.
• Order and maintain adequate levels of shipping, selling, store and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain neat and accurate filing systems and inventory documentation.
• Use internal inventory systems and external shipping software to manage inventory movements.

The Inventory Control Specialist manages store inventory and logistics for the Madison flagship, ensuring accurate receiving, ticketing, and movement of merchandise.
