Job summary

Dot Foods in Liverpool, NY, seeks an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventories in warehouse management and I Series systems, and to recover lost or found product back into the system.

You will review quantity discrepancies, prepare count materials, and make adjustments while applying lean thinking to reduce waste. Schedule: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm; starting pay $19.50/hour; mostly office with some warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and research product quantity discrepancies across receiving, storage, shipping and delivery.
• Prepare count materials for inventory
• Make appropriate inventory adjustments
• Review other assigned discrepancies
• Apply lean thinking to identify and eliminate waste in the position.
