Job summary

ENTEK is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Henderson, NV to maintain inventory accuracy and support shipping, receiving, and procurement activities. You will manage physical counts, cycle counts, and kanban processes while emphasizing lean practices and process improvements.

The role requires a detail-oriented professional with analytical skills and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, on-site at the Henderson facility. Proficiency with ERP/MRP and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents including bills of materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
• On-site work at the Henderson facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through physical and cycle counts.
• Monitor and improve inventory management procedures.
• Implement and maintain Kanban processes for materials and WIP.
• Collaborate with departments to determine inventory requirements.
• Monitor demand using ERP/MRP systems and adjust min/max levels.
• Prepare inventory reports and recommendations for management.
• Support receiving, labeling, storing, and shipping activities.
• Assist with Lean manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen and 5S.
