Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking staff to support inventory control, returns processing and cross-functional tasks across departments. You will help maintain stock accuracy, process damaged or returned items, and assist in applying club policies to deliver a safe, well-organized shopping environment for members.

The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, accuracy, and a commitment to member satisfaction, with opportunities to grow within a large, member-focused retailer.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Basic math skills required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Execute department inventory counts and process damaged/returned merch.
• Arrange and wrap merchandise; ensure accurate stock status.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and process returns.
• Follow count processes and vendor return policies.
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support club policies and procedures and contribute to a positive member experience.
