• Record goods received and issued; provide status updates on variances
• Prepare items for shipment and select economical shipping methods
• Process purchase requests, enter purchase orders, and expedite deliveries
• Reconcile damaged/obsolete items and coordinate credits
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment lead times; perform cycle counts
• Train staff and support warehouse operations; liaison with vendors
• Operate equipment including pallet lift and forklift
