Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Tennessee is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk II with Forklift to maintain accurate inventory records and handle all related paperwork. You will verify orders, account for defects, and ensure proper documentation and corrective actions.

Responsibilities include auditing, reporting variances, printing daily pick lists, and supporting safety and continuous improvement efforts within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and read/write information.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Able to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and report all inventory metrics and accuracy.
• Audit, track and report errors to identify improvement opportunities.
• Print daily pick lists and resolve missing items.
• Manage recall inventory and reporting.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and safety during equipment use (forklift, order picker, scissor lift, VNA).
• Adhere to safety rules and report breakage per guidelines.
• Collaborate across departments and assist teammates as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
