The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) and 3+ years in a warehouse setting, with forklift and RF scanning experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse role.
  • Forklift certification is preferred.
  • RF scanning experience is preferred.
  • Experience with inventory audits and ERP/WMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production and customer orders.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through investigation.
  • Record inventory transactions accurately in the company’s ERP or inventory management system.
  • Assist with receiving, labeling, storing, and organizing incoming materials and products.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to manage stock replenishment and material usage.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and inventory storage areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Position Summary:
