Job summary

Qualifications
- HS diploma; 1+ yr machining/manufacturing preferred
- Experience in a regulated environment preferred
- Ability to apply mathematical principles related to machining dimensions, tolerances, and measurement systems
Responsibilities
- Operates CNC machinery using validated programs and setup sheets.
- Performs laser marking according to approved drawings and validated specifications.
- Observes safety procedures including laser safety, PPE, lockout/tagout.
- Prepares components, fixtures, tooling, and materials.
- Performs manual machining operations, drilling, facing, tapping.
- Performs laser welding and leak testing when applicable.
- Maintains 5S and audit readiness.
- Monitors tool wear and machining stability.
- conducts first-article and in-process inspections using precision tools.
- Captures machining data and traceability in SAP.
