Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Procurement, inventory control or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel & Outlook).
• Forklift certification required; Tosoh will supply training.
• Basic analytical and mathematical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Follow process documentation to control inflow and outflow of material inventory and keep ERP data aligned.
• Perform stocking, organizing and storage/put-away activities to ensure inventory is available.
• Complete inventory counts and report adjustments to the Warehouse Manager.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Maintain inventory control metrics and support buyers.
• Adhere to safety requirements and 5S standards.
• Demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude.
