Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an advanced warehouse operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions within a distribution center. You will process and move merchandise while ensuring inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety standards, using RF scanners and WMS as needed.

The role requires ability to match item numbers with documentation, handle hazardous materials per policy, and maintain organized, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetic information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
