Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains inventory system; upgrades related database/software under supervisor guidance.
• Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items for automatic, recurring delivery.
• Provides inventory reports to receiving supervisor and procurement teams.
• Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
• Maintains consistent stock of inventory.
• Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and supports continuous improvement.
• Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Assists with periodic physical inventory audits (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Operates material handling equipment (forklifts, telehandlers, hand trucks); maintains a clean, safe area.
• Places materials at point of use in assembly/warehouse.
• Ensures OSHA and company safety requirements are followed; maintains 5S in the work area.
• Performs other duties as required by supervision.
