Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of inventory-related experience.
• ERP experience with Dynamics 365 or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Organize parts and components in yard and warehouse locations; ensure proper labeling.
• Create and maintain a map detailing the location of all components and parts.
• Perform daily cycle counts to validate staging and rack location accuracy.
• Monitor daily transactions to ensure proper scanning of inventory movements.
• Assist with BOM accuracy using engineering drawings and reported data.
• Review production reporting to improve accuracy of orders.
• Verify quantities on receipt against ERP records to improve accuracy.
• Isolate excess/obsolete items and determine disposition (scrap/alternate use).
• Maintain yard and warehouse cleanliness.
