Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Inventory Control) to maintain precise counts, verify product integrity, and support fast-paced warehouse operations.

You will perform cycle counts, assist with vendor returns, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring accurate barcodes and U/I data. The role emphasizes collaboration across stocking and warehouse teams and may involve Arlington, TX items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with MAM (Autopart) and inventory systems.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with paperwork and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts using MAM Autopart and spreadsheets.
• Assist Returns Department with Vendor Returns processing.
• Resolve “Can’t Find” issues for Truck and eCommerce fulfillment.
• Check for mislabeling, box integrity, and product accuracy.
• Ensure barcode and Unit of Issue accuracy within MAM.
• Collaborate with stocking and operations teams to optimize inventory storage.
• Support shelving or racking projects and warehouse expansions.
• Manage flow for Hospital-related items in Arlington, TX as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
