Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Stock Clerk to support production by accurately managing inventory and moving materials in a fast-paced plant setting.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, ERP updates, forklift operation, and timely material delivery to production lines. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work twelve-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of warehousing, inventory, or material handling experience.
• Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: maintain accurate counts, perform cycle counts, support physical inventories, update ERP systems, monitor low stock.
• Material Handling: stage materials, receive and inspect shipments, operate forklifts/pallet jacks, ensure FIFO rotation.
• Documentation & Data Entry: record receipts/adjustments, maintain logs, prepare labels, pick lists, and shipping docs.
• Production Support: deliver materials promptly to designated lines.
• Be available to work 12 hour shifts.
