Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is hiring an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate stock records, monitor levels, and ensure timely replenishment across facilities. You will audit inventories, analyze data, and collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to keep inventory availability optimal.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with inventory or ERP systems, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Monitor and forecast inventory needs with warehouse and production teams.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights on stock usage and shortages.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks; forklift operation to assist the operation.
