The role focuses on inventory valuation, reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration with accounting, procurement, logistics, and customer service to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Internship or coursework in accounting or data analysis is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile 3PL inventory reports with ERP quantities and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly inventory valuation reports and variance analyses.
• Support month-end and year-end close with inventory-related journal entries.
• Monitor inventory transactions and resolve data-entry issues.
• Assist with standard costing and analyze cost variances on receipts.
• Track damaged, aged, and non-sellable inventory and assist counts.
